I have dealt with Diamond Dee Lite since they first got here to Moore and could not be more pleased with the level of service they provide. They have done several custom jobs for me and have always exceeded my expectations!!! They treat you like family and I would only take my business here. They have gone above and beyond to try to get me the best deal as well as worked with me to make my custom jobs turn out as everything I was imagining.
I had a custom pendant made for my daughter at Diamond Dee-Lite. Teri was so helpful in helping me figure out just what I wanted and pick out the perfect chain. The custom piece was finished earlier than expected and was even nicer than I expected. I highly recommend Diamond Dee-Lite for a gift whether it’s a custom gift or the perfect gift for your loved one.
Amazing customer service—so nice and helpful!! I had a really terrible experience with a jeweler in Edmond. I brought my ring to Diamond Dee Lite and they were able to fix it (and even pointed out another problem I hadn’t noticed yet). They also took the time to inform me of certain issues with my diamonds that I need to keep an eye on (the Edmond jeweler never mentioned anything). I've never had such a terrible experience anywhere. I wanted to have a ring custom made for my fiancé so we took some old rings to use the gold and diamonds off them. The whole time we were at the store we were treated like children who didn't know what we were talking about or what we wanted even though we did.
