We’ve bought rings & necklaces & had jewelry repaired there. I had a diamond replaced in a ring way back in the mid ‘80’s by Mr. 0..... he did a beautiful repair.
I have used Diamond Dee-Lite for 25 years and highly recommend them! Mike is the best repair person in Oklahoma!!
What a joke! Brought a bracelet in to have a link put in. When we picked it up, it looked like they took a hammer to it! It used to be loose and fluid. Now it’s stiff. When we complained, they made some excuses about not having the right links and still made us pay! I will NEVER shop there again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either. Their customer service sucks! Journey is going to fix it, because they actually know how to repair jewelry.

When I opened up my sons, now 30 year old “babies 1st Christmas” ornament, the chains that held the swing together were broken in 3 places. The chain was so tiny I knew I couldn’t fix it, so I took it to Diamond Dee-Lite Jewelry and asked them if they could repair the ornament for me. They were so nice, and they said they would sure try.
