mediocre This place is good for watches or anything else they don't make. Their diamonds are of average quality and they have zero craftsmanship. If you want a named item that you can buy at any other jewelry store shop here. for engagement rings etc shop somewhere else. The staff aren't overly friendly and think a lot of themselves. Can't wait for Tiffanys to go into Easton.
My only problem is the pricing Have no complaints about the store, sales people, etc., - only their pricing. I'm writing this solely for people's educational purposes. Diamond-wise, I was quoted a price 50% ABOVE popular e-tailers (Mondera, Ice, etc.) and also 15% ABOVE Tiffanys. There is no negotiations here - none - you pay their list. It's easy to do research and find a good price - which I recommend - they obviously do not have the volume to support low pricing so drive to Chicago or go to NYC. Unfortunate bad experience today at the Easton location. Checked in at the front and proceeded to browse and wait for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. Very disappointing as I was there to get the rings I bought from them, cleaned and checked.

they are the biggest rip offs in the country I hate them..take their jewelry some place else get it appraised n it's not valued at what you paid avoid yhem
