I waited till Valentine’s Day to buy a gift for my wife and they were out of stock. Inna was great. She took my name and number and called when they got it back in stock. She definitely kept me out of the dog house because my wife loves the script OHIO necklace! Definitely will be back for future gifts. Just need to learn to get them more in advance.
