A diamond is forever... ...but you won't be paying forever if you get it here! Definitely a great deal. The quality is excellent, the diamonds are beautiful, and the prices are unbelievable! The staff is also very professional and courteous. I've bought several items from Diamond Cellar and I've always been happy with the purchases. The Cellar has diamonds and jewelry for men and women. It's also located right in Columbus. It's worth a drive from outside Columbus, though.
A great place to buy any jewelry you need, from a local company. I bought my (now ex) wife her engagement ring here. I learned more than any other store had taught me. After I divorced my first wife, I came there and have bought a few other things, gifts, a watch for myself, etc. Anytime I would ever need to purchase jewelry again, this is the place I would go. Aful Awful Awful! The Johnson Family's Diamond Cellar (6280 Sawmill Rd, Columbus OH 43017) is the worst place to shop for jewelry. My husband and I went there to shop (our first time at this store), on our anniversary, for a few special jewelry items. I should also mention that since we are of Indian decent, we tend to purchase (real) jewelry items VERY often and bring our friends to the jewelry shops we frequent to add to their business. Charged Me More!? Listen to this....Ordered an item there, paid a percentage for a depost, picked it up 4 weeks later (they had to order) and then they told me it was rung up wrong and I had to pay the difference (over $500 more) , not the saleperson. Needless to say not happy with the experience.
Highly Recommend I went to another jeweler (jared on polaris) to buy a watch as a gift for my boyfriend. I definitely was going to buy a watch so it was an easy sale. We had so many concerns about the sales tactics at jared that we left w/o the Tag Heuer watch we had selected. We left Jared and drove to Diamond Cellar (at the Easton Mall) b/c I knew they sold Tag watches. gorgeous It's fun to look around in here. They have some beautiful things and the store is so pretty. The people are really nice and helpful and want to help you find what you are looking for. They try to educate you on what you buy.
dont bother- this place is overpriced at an amazing level. they say that they will honor any lower price but when you bring them a lower price it is such a hassle its hysterical. dont bother becuase the quality is not any better than other area stores such as IDG.
Diamond Cellar is WELL WORTH EVERY $ Some of the reviews on here are almost comical (the diamonds aren't discounted, the watches aren't discounted 60%, etc). When you are buying the highest quality products along with the highest customer service offered, why would you discount your products? Sure you can get a lesser quality diamond at Jared, IDG, etc, and spend considerably less than you would if you bought from the DIamond Cellar...because you are buying a considerably inferior product! Sale went fine - AFTER the sale was a nightmare .... Ok - no doubt you will have FABULOUS experience purchasing anything from this store, and if they don't judge you in the first glance they will certainly be happy to take your money. But try to get service AFTER the sale. If you didn't drop massive money - forget about a call back, a special order or anything else. I have been waiting over a MONTH for simply 3 watch links.
