After having some one come out this morning from a competitor and quoting me more than double the "coupon" price, (because of a few dog urine stains, which I told them about over the phone, and my wife knew from the start that this guy wasn't gonna work out when I told him that 6 months ago I had someone come out and do it for $X, he said "well then call him out here". I have used Diamond Carpet Care to clean my carpets and have always been satisfied. They are a very professional company that knows the carpet industry and their specific guidelines in cleaning. They are aware of different cleaning techniques for different types of carpet as well as what different carpet manufactures require to keep their warranties active. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to get their carpets cleaned. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Bill Masters, the owner of Diamond Carpet Care handled our company's emergency personally. One of our customers experienced a water leak in a bathroom cabinet which created quite a lot of wet carpet and pad, besides a fair amount of upset mixed into the soup. Bill responded with just the right amount of professionalism and concern to handle the emergency and saved our business relationship with our customer.

We called Bill Masters, the owner of Diamond Carpet Care to examine some serious stains in our home carpeting that seemed to return after cleaning. The carpet was only 2 1/2 years old but had been difficult to clean from the beginning. He suggested that we send a sample of the carpet to Stainmaster to have it tested, which we did. They agreed that it was a defective batch and are replacing it at no charge to us. Your carpet cleaners Chris and Rick are awesome. They are very polite and friendly. They walked through my home with me so they would know exactly what I wanted them to clean. The carpets turned out beautiful and everything smelled so nice and fresh. Bill said they would be there between 12 and 1 and they were. Bill asked me alot of questions on the phone as to what I wanted cleaned and the price he gave me was what he promised. He took alot of time to be sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. We called up Diamond Carpet Care and they were informative, and friendly. They called the day before to verify the appointment, came out and were right on time, actually 5 minutes early :) The work was fantastic, the technician was great and I have never been happier. My Carpet are looking better than new!
