I had a very good experience at Diamond. The staff was very personable. They catered to my individual needs and I was able to rest and recover. The food was also a highlight and above expectations. I would definitely return again in the future if I need a reset and a place to work on myself and my mental needs.
I had a wonderful time here the staff are so nice and so helpful an very warm and inviting
I will say a lot about this place, but I am going to say that this place did help at some degree but it has some pros and cons.. in the beginning it was false advertisement but I came to this facility back in July 2025 and I discharged myself beginning of August 2025 because they were up to no good.. but when I reported some things such as me being sexually assaulted, they took no action, but they tried to keep me there longer and i've been treated as I was a nobody but we all have feelings here and lets be real; everyone de... read more

If I could give you guys 0 stars, I would. Diamond Behavioral Health in Tallahassee lies and manipulates to get their way. I tried to AMA multiple times. On the first time, my so called therapist lied to my face about a personal situation involving my family and me getting home. She also said that if I finished the program they wouldn’t make me do PHP. First off a rehab can’t make you do anything if you are there voluntarily. Second off another lie.
