I went to get my car washed yesterday, and of course I upgraded to the Managers special(40.00) value which I expected my car to very clean when done. When I got to my car it was still dirty, I could run my fingers thru dashboard and track pollen of it, back sit and floors were still dirty, so I talked to the manager and he said he would fix the problem, well, needless to say-my car still dirty!!! So upsetting!! You should not have to be told 3times to get the job done!
Took my car in to have it washed yesterday and they did a wonderful job!!! I had a bad experience a few weeks ago and the manager Edgar did more than enough to make me a happy customer. Next time you go ask for Olivia she did an amazing job on the inside of my car. Thank you Edgar you went above and beyond to make your customer happy. I really appreciate it.
They are not talking pride in what they are doing. Big spots not wiped down, windows are very streaky. Was not pleased after I got home at all.
Have had major repairs done there only to find I was overcharged and the work showing on the bill was not completed. Will not go back there even for an oil change.
I've taken my car there several times to have it washed, paid $30 for it, only for me to get home and notice several spots that were missed...I think this place is a waste of money...been going to cactus, they're cheaper and have better service
Had my car detailed....omg Wow,wonderful job.You need to check that place out.
