Brought our vehicle for a plug/wire, and oil change. A couple days later, while my wife is driving it, the vehicle completely dies. Won’t crank.... nothing. Towed it to Diamond as per their request so they could check it out. I stayed there with them as they tried to start it telling me that it must be the starter. I suggested checking the dipstick, definitely an abundance of oil. IMO quite a bit more than what they’re suggesting of half a quart. I really like how there’s a place for you to sit inside you have the option to have some hot coffee so sit on a nice comfy couch or a table with some stools and a power plug in the middle of the table to charge your phone or to use your laptop there is a kids table for the little kiddos to color their snacks and drinks with every oil change you get a free car wash and vac.

Wow what happened?? This used to to be a great place for an oil change and wash. Today everyone is more interested in talking than working. In line for an oil Change for 40 min. Still waiting....

absolute terrible customer service on 07/17/2019! was a customer for years but I will no longer be going here. *Edit* almost immediately after posting this I was contacted by the owner and they were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure they resolved the issue, which they did. I appreciate them for reaching out & making sure they offered to make things right. That is a rarity these days.
