I absolutely LOVE diamond auto spa. I would NEVER consider using anyone else. It takes me an hour to get there, but I know when I do, I will get the best detail job imaginable and the best customer service on the planet! I have taken my car to several different places (before finding this gem) and not once did it come close to being this good, and I actually SAVED MONEY by coming here! My car looked, smelled, and felt brand new! I highly encourage you to give it a try, you will not regret it!!
Lied to my face about needing new brake pads - you can never just go in and get your oil changed - they will "find" something else wrong with your car that needs repair immediately by them or "your going to wind up on the side of the road" or better yet "your brakes might fail completely". Needless to say, husband checked the brake pads and they were fine - will need new tires before I need new brake pads. Will never go back to this place even though the nearest wash/lube is way out of my way. Dishonest assholes.
They are always super nice to me and take care of my car! Go here every time!
I would give no star if possible but any way. I went in about 20hrs after I had grass stuck to my car from getting stuck in some grass went through the wash and got home realized it was still there called it was after hrs at that point took almost a week and a half for them to call me back told me to come in for a free rewash went in told them and showed them around back what the issue was on the car went through and it was still there a little rub with my finger would take it off I drove off and just tell ask my friends not... read more
First time customer on Friday!! I will NOT go back!! I paid 21.95 for a wash and detail - if u want to call it that!! Horrible wash, vacuum was half a$$, and they just smeared the dust around on the console! My sixteen year old could have done 5 times better without pay!! I am going back to Cactus car wash!!
