How do you go from a 1 star to 5 star review? Customer Service. Met with the owner Steve today to discuss my issues and was treated with respect. He listened to me and gave positive solutions. In the end my scratch was buffed away, by Steve himself and he did a great job. Diamond made thing right and has earned back my business. Thank you so much. "How does a free car wash cost you$500? Been using the Oakwood location for over 10 years. After my wash today NEVER AGAIN! Seems the mostly-Hispanic crew has turned into young males not the older females that actually cared at one time. They were horesplaying and had not a care. My windows are dirtier than when I brought it in. The tire-shine is a laughable ,sloppy mess, They didn't even bother to wipe the dust of my dash. Twice I have been there just for an oil change but get told I need all kinds of work done. I told them I had someone else that would check it out before I had anything done and when the otherr guys checked it out it was fine and did not need any work done. Be careful about letting them do anything to your car especially if you are a woman (they treat you like you don't know anything about your own car).

They did a great job on the wash and detailing. However, they took the antenna off during the wash and did not put it back on. I was a quite distance away when I noticed it. I called and the lady who answered was very rude. She said it was put in the car. We searched the car and could not find it. Called back and she informed me that the ONLY thing they could do was search the car for me and see if they could find it because it wasn't there. They did not offer to replace the antenna. So my red truck got over sprayed with white paint thanks to an irresponsible painter working on a building where I was parked. I had little white paint dots completely covering the entire truck. I took my truck to Luis and the guys at the Thompson Bridge road location to get it detailed and they did a fantastic job. Almost no signs of the paint other than a couple of areas where they had already told me they probably couldn't remove it. Great work guys!

I've been going there since they opened. Got a car wash today spent 30.00 and while driving home noticed that the glass was still dirty and interior was not touched. Took it back and the wash manager was a complete jerk. He was the one that was supposed to clean it in the first place! I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Went to this place for the first time today to get an oil change. First off, as soon as I pulled up to the garage there was about 3 or 4 employees that saw me and just proceeded to ignore me for 5 minutes. When the oil change was done I noticed how almost the entire drivers side floor mat was covered in dirt and oil. They didn't bother to put plastic or paper on the floor board..
