Very caring and always willing to answer any questions.The techs,the dietitians, doctors and socials workers all a team been 8 Years and I only been to the hospital 1 time for my potassium I love DCI good job.Receptionists keep front office in order 😊Thanks
I was a DCI patient for 10yrs and I'm two and a half years post Kidney transplant patient. I love the staff there especially my wonderful PD nurse Kim Nunley which also cared for my Aunt Karen who passed away and she attended her funeral service. The staff always made me feel comfortable and made sure my needs were met, whether it was medically, emotionally, physically, financially they were always there. DCI is the best dialysis clinic, the staff are very friendly. My mother and I love Ms. Kim she always keep my updated on all of my mother's appointments, test results etc. Ms. Kim make my mother feel comfortable when she there. I truly appreciate her. Thanks Ms. Kim
Very good staff especially the nurses and doctors. They are very great on meeting the needs that the patient needs. Love it there! Very well recommended.
This place started off great however the PD nurse is overworked and will blame you for missed appointments etc. Watch your back as theynseem friendly however they are for themselves not the client. I still have all my text messages from Kim the PD nurse how obviously told lises about my missing appointments now they will now allow me to and I'm coolmwith that as it wasn't my preference anyway it was the ER suggestion.
