Great deal and great service – Wade and his crew were efficient and hardworking. They began on time and finished on time. They were curtious and CLEAN. It is hard to find any company that actually cleans up after themselves but these guys did. I highly recommend Dial One for any roofing needs. My building is a retail building with a flat roof. Wade came in and handled it like a pro. There was no interruption in my business, something I am thankful for. If you need a roof repair or a new roof call Wade today. Stuart.

Roofing problems no more! – I own several commercial buildings around Portland, and for 15 years these guys have been resolving my roofing issues. Great Work! – Buying a new roof is not something I took lightly. I wanted to know that the company I had hired would be there in the event there is a problem. Great Roofing company – I had Dial One install a roof on my home in Lake Oswego. The price was competitive with the other estimate I recieved, however it was the amount of years the company has been in business (26) that really sold me. I checked their references, and found everyone was extremely satisfied with the work they had recieved. The foreman was very helpful through out the job, and when they were finished, they cleaned up better than was was there before they arrived. Some guarantee indeed – I was really disappointed with their so called guaranteed pricing. Our experience was that we paid them to come out and quote the job, we accepted the quote and gave them a credit card number only to have them call back an hour later and tell us that the bid was going to be $400 higher because they couldn?t get a screw out of the faucet they were fixing. They are pleasant and mostly competent but don?t believe the pricing is fixed or that they will give a damn about customer service.
I just can't trust Dial One anymore – Dial One has a great response time and the prices are very fair. Initial work was also of good quality. However, over time we've found them to be increasingly unreliable, untrustworthy, and not eager to live up to committments. Their crew is also growing more inexperienced as well as rude. We've looked elsewhere.
