I was looking to book an alignment, she hung up in the middle of the call. Never called back. Not the best service.
Had the best experience there today. I was having an extremely rough day where it seemed everything bad is happening all at once. I needed an inspection pretty urgently as I hadn’t realized it was up, I called the lovely receptionist and she said come right over. I drive an Audi and knew my pads were gone due to the light on my dash, so i asked when they could do it and how much and she said immediately and said a really reasonable number (that I’m not used to hearing because Audis can be so expensive to fix at any garage). ... read more
Straight up denied service. Saying that they are too busy. I was like, "Do you have any availability in the following week?" The person at the front desk was like "nope". Thank goodness there was Canadian Tire for rescue. I was trying to support a local business but apparently they don't need it. 🤷
Had a nail in my tire! Called this morning, got me in and had it plugged in no time. Service was great, and they were pleasant, helpful, quick, and very reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
