This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with regarding a bill. You call and try to tell them what is wrong and they 'assure' you they will have it taken care of only to receive another bill with NOTHING corrected, yet did they contact me to see if there was possibly something else they didn't do right? NOPE. But they sure can send bills and threatening letters. I wish Memorial Hospital would not use this company at ALL. They are the worse!
Sent me a "final notice" dated 7/7 and received on 7/15 for a bill that had been paid online on 6/29. This was the FIRST and only bill I had received from Diagnostic Imaging Consultants, yet they threatened to send me to collections for this bill that had been paid. How are they still in business with such horrible business practices?
Sent us a threatening letter stating it was their “final effort” to get us to pay on a “past due” account. We never received any statement before this not to mention it had only been 1 month since insurance processed it. This should have been our first bill. I’ve never had a company send a threatening letter the first time they send a bill. Their billing department is incompetent and frankly dangerous.
