Absolutely wonderful folks. Took care of my wife and myself with the utmost consideration. Never understand the negative reviews about this facility. Maybe they demanded to much or thought they were at a restaurant ordering food. Longview Regional and their staff is top shelf in my opinion. A special thank you to Holly, who assisted me to my car. She was working nights on Wednesday the 30th. I think she is a CNA.
Horrible bedside manner, long waits, doesn’t even supply a gown just a sheet vest.

Today I had an appointment at 9:30 with Amy Lewis, NP. I was 15 min late because when 805 Medical Dr is put in to Google Maps it takes you to the main entrance of the hospital next to 802 (which is clearly marked.) 805 is across the street, but none of the signs on the main campus tell you that. Ms. Lewis wouldn’t see me because I was 15 min late and wanted me to reschedule after waiting 6 weeks to get in and using a vacation day to come in today. Amy Lewis is the best! She is kind, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She sees me, and hears what I have to say.
Long wait in the waiting room to get back and when your sick you don’t want to be waiting in a room full of people. I could have visited a emergency room if I wanted to wait to be seen. And heaven forbid if you have to call the doctor or nurse I called and called for days straight even sent emails and no one would return my calls until the following week when it was to late and I was already admitted into the hospital.
Mammography Department ... Was told my appointment was at 7:30 so I'm here at 7:15 so they can sit around on their butts!! I have a second, (very important), appointment at 8:45 next door and they tell me I probably won't make it...grrrrrrrrrrr!!
