Today I had an appointment at 9:30 with Amy Lewis, NP. I was 15 min late because when 805 Medical Dr is put in to Google Maps it takes you to the main entrance of the hospital next to 802 (which is clearly marked.) 805 is across the street, but none of the signs on the main campus tell you that. Ms. Lewis wouldn’t see me because I was 15 min late and wanted me to reschedule after waiting 6 weeks to get in and using a vacation day to come in today. I love everything about her..she engages and build relationships with not only your kids but also with the parents. She cares and you just pick that right up about her upon meeting her. She has been the absolute best when it comes to your child's health needs. And she has so much patience. Highly recommended!!!
The best care from Dr. Fontenot before and post surgery. Also Great Nurses!

I can’t believe years later I am still not allowed to see anyone at DCOL! I had debit from going through surgeries that I had to have! I became a single mom in the mean time and I offered to pay $50 a month which is All I could afford at the time! The lady there told me it was not enough!! I didn’t pay it after that and it has been in collections for years!! I would have paid it but they were so rude to me and acted like I wasn’t good enough!!
Amy Lewis is the best! She is kind, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She sees me, and hears what I have to say.
Love Dr Mann! I had my first child and Dr Mann was great with him! As a first time mom he made me feel comfortable and told me to call if I ever need anything. Staff is friendly as well! Thank you for being a wondeful pediatrician!
Long wait in the waiting room to get back and when your sick you don’t want to be waiting in a room full of people. I could have visited a emergency room if I wanted to wait to be seen. And heaven forbid if you have to call the doctor or nurse I called and called for days straight even sent emails and no one would return my calls until the following week when it was to late and I was already admitted into the hospital.
