Dr. Saiken has been our family doctor for 31 years. I love him dearly. He demonstrates interest, compassion, thorough knowledge and always did what was best for us. I will always appreciate his empathy and personal care when my darling wife, Janet Shrewsbury, died in February. He even came to the calling hours. Thank you Dr. Saiken. Also, Dr. Erikstat is a marvelous physician. Patient, kind,caring and very thorough.
My appointment was with Dr. Singh who got called out of the office. I had to wait and see Melissa to complete the appointment. Besides taking an hour instead of the normal 30 minutes the appointment was fine. I accept the fact that things like that happen and am not upset over it.
I am grateful for all the Dr.'s there, I see a number of them in DCL
Had to have blood drawn at the lab today. My phlebotomist greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. Thank you Letty.
