Errors. Did brain ct scan. radiologist said I had bleed in Right brain. Alarmed my dr. who ordeted mri next day. I was sent to neurologist. 5 days later radiologist sent new report to my dr saying bleed not on right side after all but an old one on left. Costly 2nd unecessary MRI, neurology dr. & all that worry. Idiots. Went in to complain. No one in charge. Wrote to what I was told was boynton beach head office. Never heard back. Today 5 weeks later got extra bill. Complaining to united insurance ?& Medicare.
Train front office in Winter Park regarding HIPPA and customer service. They are extremely lacking.
I had the most degrading experience on my last appointment at the East Boynton Beach office. I went to have xrays of my lower back. When I walked in the room, the tech told me to take off my bra. When I asked her where can I leave my bra, she casually answered me, anywhere. Second, she asked me to drop my pants to my ankle, and stand in front of machine.
