Arrived 15 min early as asked. Appointment was at 1:00 and was called to get tested at 1:37 pm I cut an activity short to arrive at time. How hard can it be to message a patient they are running late?

I waited 2 1/2 hrs for service in Delray Beach. First time I asked why so long? Soon, was the answer, 2nd time, Your next, 3rd time, Oh, sorry the machine is broken....A lie, no one else was waiting for the most common test given. What happened to Honesty?
This facility continues to be a five star operation. Not only is it beautiful, they take wonderful care of their patients. I have lived in Florida for almost 3 years now and I have not found any place like this. Every single person I have encountered has been kind, caring, friendly, and professional.
