Asked for a thyroid collar-I have thyroid issues-the tech refused. I was having X-ray of my LOWER SPINE. SHOULD HAVE GIVEN IT TO ME!
They don’t care about your health, they called me on Tuesday, made appointment for the following week Thursday (so 7 total business days) they didn’t bother to submit for approval to my insurance company until the following Monday late in the evening. Now they cancel my appointment because they don’t have approval. Call my insurance company to ask what’s going on, they said they just got it Monday and they should have everything reviewed and approved or denied by Thursday. You need to seriously train your staff. They have denied ALL my mris and I finally had enough after 2 years of fighting only to find out its your front desk denying all my mris because I had an approval... And they didn't believe me. I had to threaten! Going elsewhere for your staff to listen to me only for them to SUDDENLY have an approval for me.... Amazing
Very disappointed. On 04/02 I called and scheduled my MRI for 04/09 at 9 PM. They asked me to arrive 15 minutes earlier. At 8:45 I was there and they didn’t get the authorization from my insurance and they didn’t even called me to let me know. I have a busy life, 2 kids. This is disrespectful.

Whoever is scheduling appointments is either untrained or stupid. Two days in a row now I was sent away to reschedule my appointments. First, after asking at least three times, if it was Ok to take the required MRI's in Delray, I was told when I got there that Boca had stronger imaging machines and I had to reschedule. Today, I went there for a mammogram. Again I was sent home because they did not have people there at 4:30 (when they gave me the appointment) to read a diagnostic mammogram. Efficient, polite, excellent staff both on the phone in person. Tech Joe was very sweet when I was in pretty significant pain (hence the need for an MRI!), and the phone staff was terrific at squeezing me in last minute. Thanks!
Two visits within the last week - friendly, warm, caring staff - minimal wait, very professional, would highly recommend!
