They sent me a bill for $225 a couple months after I paid what I was told was the full bill up front on the day of the MRI. I paid them shortly after receiving that bill. Someone somewhere says they didn’t receive my payment even though I have confirmation of the payment going to the office. They sent this to collections without my knowledge and now say my account balance is past due affecting my near perfect credit score. Recommended5 stars for sure.. Went to the Delray location.. Everyone was professional and efficient. I was not comfortable going out during the virus outbreak but it was medically necessary. Screened at check in, everything was clean and sanitized. It’s was a quick in and out. Very impressed!
RecommendedThe team there are very knowledgeable of their profession. They made me feel very comfortable when I got my MRI.. And also they took all the precautions to ensure everyone was safe, during this Coronavirus.
The reception was cold. The technicians colder. The unexpected 2 1/2 hours spent there were unpleasant. I truly felt like a piece of meat.
