Errors. Did brain ct scan. radiologist said I had bleed in Right brain. Alarmed my dr. who ordeted mri next day. I was sent to neurologist. 5 days later radiologist sent new report to my dr saying bleed not on right side after all but an old one on left. Costly 2nd unecessary MRI, neurology dr. & all that worry. Idiots. Went in to complain. No one in charge. Wrote to what I was told was boynton beach head office. Never heard back. Today 5 weeks later got extra bill. Complaining to united insurance ?& Medicare.
are you kidding me 500.000$$$$$ for a regular mammogram why would you not tell someone... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could gotten one somewhere else for 150.. total! I am turning my bills over to the news channels this is BS.. every chance to RIP American off !! I am so P__________
Friendly staff, always nice no matter how busy they are. This facility is a wonderful asset to Boynton Beach! Thank you for making my visits a positive experience. Great coffee, too!
They Cancelled my MRI 3 times in a month. Today As I was parking in their parking lot I received a call to cancel again. It's far to drive there, should have called earlier. rescheduled again for late next week. Nothing available. Machine keeps breaking down. I don't have a comfortable feeling about the test or results.
During my mammogram, my technician told me I couldn't take a picture of myself because it would "violate HIPAA." This is a blatant lie and a misunderstanding of HIPAA's intention. Additionally, the technician performing my ultrasound didn't introduce herself, then barged in on me while I was still naked after not knocking and startled me so badly I dropped my phone and shattered the screen (despite it being in a case with a cover.) always love my visits there. The girls at front desk even remembered me from my last few visits. With all the people they see I was impressed.
