I recently came into Diablos with my family and came across a new worker I had never seen before, he was wearing a red shirt so I assumed he was a manager. He was very rude towards my family and seemed like he had a major attitude problem, so I tried to look into finding him so I could write a review on his bad customer service and stumbled upon this video he posted with I believe the General Manager in it with him. I love the food and they have the best taste of burritos I ever tasted in my life.
These people were awful! Terribly rude from the moment you walked in to the moment you left. They took over twenty minutes to make a cheese quesadilla. We were the only customers there. It was bad enough they complained the whole time making it. They were put out by anything you needed. When my father asked a question. The worker turned away and didn't acknowledge him. Great place to eat, you can’t lose with any of their locations! Speaking of locations, can we please a grand opening date for the new one on Washington road? I know y’all have been working on it and the parking lot was paved this week. It’s Very close to my house and have been patiently waiting for this one to open! I eat at Wheeler Road at least 3 times a week! Once that one opens I’ll need you to start customer rewards program or a stamp card or something as I’ll be there probably everyday!
