The ingredients are always fresh and prepared on site. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a small outside dining section that is a perfect place to be on a beautiful day.
I eat here once sometimes twice a week I got tacos with half cooked meat today when this was brought to cashiers attention she just walked away I will never eat here again thanks for your great customer service 😡

And each time we've reached out to correct the problems. After finding out more info from my staff ... it seams you ordered "nachos without meat" when what you actually wanted was just chips and a Chipotle ranch sauce. We aren't perfect no matter how hard we try but will at a blink of an eye make any situation right when we've done wrong. We owe you a refund for the difference and will have it available to pick up tomorrow. Sincerely Carl

Just tried the new one in North Augusta. Despite the fact that they were not busy the place was filthy. Employees standing around while all the tables were dirty and the floor was disgusting not surprising the bathroom was equally filthy.

I'm sorry we let you down today. Do you have an exact time of your visit so I may discuss this with the management as well as watch your visit back on tape?
Food was great and the counter service was great, but it shouldn't take 15 min to get a quesadilla warmed up on the grill. The 3 groups of customers behind you shouldn't get their food off the grill before you. The excuse that the burners are slow went out the window when they got theirs first.

Much different than your run of the mill texmex. Create your own kinda like subway. Thought chips were great. Salsa was so-so, not much flavor but the quesadilla was yum!
