He not only repaired my heater but was concern about the height of the pilot light. Being a newer heater with an energy rating system the pilot was low and not igniting the heater. After the pilot light again went out, I called Lou and he found an older, heavy duty system and was very honest about the fact that he wasn't charged for the part.
