Pretty disappointing experience. Feel like I’m just another number in the system. Been suffering for almost two months probably stomach and breathing problems and still have not figured out the root cause. Only useful test that this doctor ordered was a stool test to check for h pylori. However, him and his care team failed to tell me that I should not be on my PPIs for two weeks prior to taking the test. Dr Gulati is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He makes you feel comfortable and works with you on a treatment that would be best suited given your condition. I have been suffering from IBD (Crohn's) from past few years and wasn't properly diagnosed until I started seeing Dr Gulati. After his consultations, I am feeling a lot better! Background : My condition have been called IBS , Chronic constipation, GERD etc by different doctors who did a lot of procedures and experimentation with me.
First the woman who scheduled me for my procedure in the hospital was mean and scolded me for asking a question. Since the procedure the doctor has not called me once. I called 3 times and asked for him to call me back because I have questions. I keep getting nurses who try to help me. But can't with all my questions.
