Thank you Dherbs. The one way I know a product work is to do the opposite of what they say to do. So I started off with the 10-day cleanse and can I tell you, it's still cleaning me out. I didn't lose as much weight, but I know if I followed the plan, I would've lost more. In July, I'll be starting the 20-day full body cleanse.

Although you were able to find success with weight loss, you can’t properly detox your body eating the same foods that lead you to cleansing. The main purpose for the raw food diet is benefit from the foods and to give your body a break from the foods it’s accustom to. If you were able to find success without following the diet as instructed, imagine what your results will be when you do.
The Full Body Cleanse from really works. I started the cleanse on 06/16/2015 of which I weighed and I was 268 pounds. its now Friday 06/19/2015 and I just weighed, 262 pounds. I've lost 6 pounds in 3 days.... Amazing. I truly recommend this cleanse to everyone
I did the Female cleanse. I highly recommend it. I lost 10lbs. Gained energy and my health alone is so much better!!

The herbs products is really good absolutely works as long as you follow all the way through I lost 25 lbs in 23 days I highly recommend..

This is a great cleanse. I have lost 23 pounds and I have lost 4 inches in my waist. I feel great. It was tough in the beginning but I got used to it. 2 more days to go.
The product is what it says it is my husband and I are dioing It together. So far so good for him no problem. But, Throw up fo 2 hors on this morning. I won't give up!
