I completed the 20 day cleanse and lost 19 pounds and felt more energetic. Most people noticed right away the loss but also the change in my food consumption. I will begin the 10 day soon but follow it up with the maintenance regiment.

I loss 25 lbs and I feel great! My husband and I not only went vegan for 20 days, we did all organic fruits raw veggies nuts and seeds. We got really creative having what we called tacos and burritos....diced veggies in lettuce leaves and larger diced veggies wrapped in collard leaves. Now we've decided to keep with this eating plan and have meat only once in a while. Thanks DHERBS for showing us a better way of life. We are energetic, happy and we feel and look great.
