I just finished the Full Body Cleanse this past Saturday & I am pleased with my results. I ended up losing 11lbs & I feel lighter & better. I probably could've worked out to lose more but I'm satisfied with that. The raw vegan diet wasnt that bad & by having each meal & snack planned out each day I didnt have any bad cravings.
I love the full body cleanse! I recommend everyone does it at least once a year.
