Staying at 1414 Grand street in Hoboken. Bathroom ceiling is leaking water from above through vent. Water gathering on floor and walls. Reported over 45 minutes ago to customer service and still no response.

I stayed in the Novia (NJ) in December whilst on business. The apartment was a like a home from home. It had everything I needed. The hairdryer was missing upon arrival but it was delivered the next day. Everything was in walking distance for me. I felt so happy and comfortable here that I have booked the Dharma again for my business trip this month. Thank you Dharma!
