They tried to charge me $1200.00 for work another shop charged $200 to do. They held my truck hostage for almost a week before they even looked at it. BAD BUSINESS. They even had the audacity to charge me $50 to release it to a tow truck driver. Threatened to charge me storage fee's.

Not happy at ALL. My boyfriend took my car in for an alignment and they charged 45.00 just to look at it and come up with a rack and pinion steering issue. They charged the 45.00 almost as an afterthought and refused to work on it til the 2k repair was done. That was SO not right of you, and I will tell everyone how crappy an experience we had.
DFW Frame & Alignment They did replace front end parts and did alignment. After completion of work, vehicle pulled to the right. They worked on A/C. The compressor made noise after completion. Brakes shuttered. Brakes still shuttered after completion. When I picked up the vehicle, all airbags were inoperative. They let me leave the premises for the weekend without airbags working. These guys know what they are doing and run a very good business. I sold them parts for years back when I was in the business and they always bought the best parts available to fix their customers cars. It's a family business and they are very good people.
