I am loving my new home. I just got my PG&E bill. I was a little nervous because the A/C has been running night and day with this heat. Less than $140! Not as great as my $38 April bill, but for a hot June, I'll take it. When they say energy efficient, they are not kidding.
There are SO many reasons why I would recommend De Young Properties. One of the primary reasons is the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that they put into building each home. Their EnergySmart homes are not only healthier for the environment, but they will help you save money on your electric bill too! I also love all of the floor plan options!
