Living in DeYoung's Brentwood ranch used to be great. They would give out flowers yearly to help homeowners keep their yards looking great and would give the kids cookies. Now (12 years after our home was built) we can't even get them to maintain the path that goes around the neighborhood along the concrete wall. This is year 3 of neighbors trying to get them to maintain the path along the wall. Bushes and trees are dead and weeds have taken over the path.
