De young properties built my house 6 years ago. I don't think any other company could replicate the excellent experience I had. I was able to build and finance my house through their company with out any problems. My wife and I have had a daughter since building our house, and when we decide to build bigger De young will be the only choice. I have and would recommend De young properties to any one looking to build.
We purchased our first home from De Young Properties and had an incredible experience. The process of building and purchasing through them was seamless and we absolutely loved our home. Had we not been in such a hurry to upgrade to a larger home, we would have built again with De Young. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends, knowing they are a local family owned company and trustworthy of building a quality home.
We owned a DeYoung home for 6 years. The house was well built and we never had any issues. I miss our large yard and gas fireplace above the master bathtub. It was a great little home!
