my opinion I have lived here for a little over a year. I really like the building. However, there are things I'd like to change Pros: -great community with monthly wine Friday's where you can mix and mingle with co-residents. -Ample parking, always able to find a parking spot. -Close to lake Union which is great for jogs and summer walks. -1-2 miles away from Whole Foods, metropolitan market and QFC -Great rooftop with grills and view Cons: -$25/mo trash fee that they won't let you opt out of -3 break-ins in the past 6 month... read more
