Mr Ryan Smart is one of the most understanding Manager at PPG . And I really like working with him. Knowing Ryan gets me thur the day cause he will come to shipping and just communicate with use see how we did for the day that their means alot to me just to see someone in management take time out of their time to walk the floor and communicate with the employees me especially. I would love to see Mr Smart run the Wallingford plant .
