Dexafit dallas very good fitness center
This place is awesome. The DEXA scan is the only accurate way to determine your body fat percentage and it tells you exactly how much fat you have in each part of your body! I'll be here every three months to track my progress while I prep for my competition. I am SO glad I did it! I also did the VO2 and RMR tests. The VO2 test provided me with very valuable information for my training to know where I should be targeting my heart rate based on my body and goals.
