This is a great place to get your overall fitness into gear. You can trust on them to give you great insight on where you are and even information on how to get there. I did a body scan and the V02 max test. The best investment I did this year.
Great information Very knowledgeable and gave great advice after my body scan. Great starting point for me and got me motivated to do better.
This was an amazing experience. I am probably jazzed as the results showed my body fat was 3% lower than my fitbit scale has been telling me. Wish I had done this last year. It is super easy, you don't have to fill out a 30 minute medical record, name, age, weight and height. Scan takes 5 minutes, then Tony explained it to me very succinctly. Can't wait until the end of the summer to see some progress (I hope).
Tony conducted my RMR test and Dexa scan. He was knowledgeable and professional with helpful advice. I'll become a regular here. Quit guessing by online pics or inaccurate "smart" scales (mine was off by several percentage points). Knowledge is power. If you devote your time and energy to fitness, this is well worth your while.
The staff was courteous, the facility was spotless and everyone made you feel very comfortable. The results were then reviewed with you clearly and concisely. I would recommend 10/10 for everyone in the strength and fitness community to give it a shot!
The staff was very cordial, the DexaScan process was easy and comfortable, and the results were available almost immediately. Tony explained the readings very clearly, answered all my questions, and was able to discuss how I could use my baseline to work towards my health and performance goals.
