Attending DexaFit is the best thing you can do to get a better understanding of what your body needs. So far I've lost 3 pounds already in 3 days just by following what was recommend to me. I'm super excited and can't wait to go back and see the difference.

If you want to take a strategic approach towards reaching your goals then you should know your numbers. Dexafit does an amazing job of giving numbers such as your lean mass, BF%, VO2Max and RMR. Can't wait to see my improvements 3-6 months done the road!
I think everyone would benefit from the knowledge of how their body functions both under stress and at rest not to mention anxiety. Body fat knowledge can be a real eye opener and hopefully cause some dietary improvements.
