make sure you check your hair well before you leave. i believe not everybody is bad, but there is a new girl doesn't know how to color. i ask for a whole hair brown as picture and she told me to do highlight and it turn out brassy yellow looking and she told me " you can always come back and tone it down." That is ridiculous but ok, i paid and tipped her 20%, but when i got home and pull my hair up she didn't even start from my root from the inside. ask them to get fix will take forever.
