The final sell required Susan to hold my hand long distance. It always takes longer than expected. She did an excellent job of keeping us tame. I would use her again. This deal took place April-July 2015

She was professional, responded quickly to all requests and questions, was a wealth of knowledge, and thoroughly researched the market in my area to provide me with guidance on pricing my home for the quickest sale.
