Janice was by far the best realtor we could have EVER used. She went more than above and beyond to help us sell our house. Everyday she was researching pricing , location etc and never once were we dissatisfied. I will recommend her to every one of my friends or family looking to buy or sell a home. Her patience with her clients , her professionalism and her drive is what every realtor should have!

It took us a long time to find the perfect house, but through all the process Rebeca was always patient, informative and really honest with every detail of all the properties we saw. She found the perfect home for our family, took care of all the negotiation details and always kept us informed of all the options we had in every step. Because of our schedules, we had to take our kids with us all the time and she was great with them. We couldn't be more happy with her work, we highly recommend her.
Not only did we get our dream home but we got it 20,000 less then appraisal amount. Thanks for working such a great deal Susan! Also she sold my old house without a single problem while helping the new buyer understand "take it or leave it, we are not fixing anything".
