Had a great experience all around, from the first interaction with Christina from this office to the closing. They were able to help with a lender referral and it went so smooth. Always available, even at 9:00 pm! If you are a first time home buyer, they have you covered by answering all your questions to helping you negotiate! Dear Home Buyer/Seller, You should use Karlyn Manuel of Dewbrew Realty. She was very informative walking our home to let us know what would be useful, what needed to be changed to get the best price for our home. She was very communicative, letting us know exactly what was happening during the process. Because of her we were able to get the best price two days after it went on the market and we closed less than 3 weeks later. I would recommend Karlyn to anyone buying or selling their home.
