Dewalt as I have always known is suppose to be the best of the best. We have bought numerous of DWD110 electric drills and keep having issues with them after only having them for a month. The chuck where you put the bits either quits working, locks up, or keeps spinning to there it will not hold the bit. I will have to say that Dewalts products have gone down a lot and we will not start taking our business elsewhere. Mistakenly bought one of your mowers. Did you know that I had to buy new batteries at a very high price and with both sets of batteries I can't cut simple not so high grass. The mower batteries die after about 100 feet, not yards not miles feet. The mower is worthless, I would recommend nobody buy this crap product, its not worth the money. You would be better off buying Anything else. Very disappointed with our lawnmower! We are a Dewalt household and I would never recommend this lawnmower! We are on our second one, the first one we got a piece broke the very first time using it we returned it for a new one. About a month later we used the new one to cut the grass and the exact same piece broke. We tried calling warranty and was told I needed to drive an hour and a half to get it fixed. The representative said they would call me back and they was over a week ago.

Batteries are garbage have a full line of tools have bought numerous batteries and they don't hold a charge for nothing very disappointed spend 90 plus dollars on product that doesn't work
