I went to get my phone screen replaced for 50$ just yesterday. I woke up to a small pressure crack (see photos). Clearly not consistent with a drop. So I texted the guy and told him. He said I could bring it in for 60$. I literally just paid 50$ not even 24 hours ago! They are not honoring their work or their warranty. Then I get called ridiculous and am told I dropped my phone, broke it, now I want it for free... see conversation below as well. I will never go back here. Completely unprofessional!

I came in with a problem with my iphone. I was told my other places, it was going to cost a lot to fix and no one could understand it. I took my phone to device city and within ten minutes, the problem was solved and my phone is great. Best prices in town and I am so thankful they were patient with my phone! I strongly recommend them for any phone problems!!
