Erika is absolutely ignorant and rude!!!
I've seen it all You get those young people with emotional issues admit them into your facilities get money from the state and shuffle them from your satellite hospitals, day schools your places in other states and keep getting funding for how many individuals without sending them to vo tech to learn a trade or a county college that your lottery uses to pay for a college degree for others. so they can get out of the rut you put them in. A disgrace.
