My daughters and family celebrated my birthday there. The food was delicious and I have continued to dine there .
The food is always delicious, fresh and filling. We shared the soul platter, catfish tofu, and peach cobbler with ice cream. Every bite was heavenly. The staff is always warm and helpful. I love this place!
We had the millet burger, the southern fried tofu wrap, and the 'steak' stir fry dinner. ALL were delicious! Lots of flavor. Atmosphere and service was inviting and fun. Would love to have a Vegan Soul location in the Ypsi-Ann Arbor area �
I love DVS. I had the Soul Platter and everything was fantastic. The Greens are so tender and delicious. The Mac and Cheese is very good. Can't say enough good things
I am in love with Detroit Vegan Soul! Comfort food for the soul. Had the tempeh with mushroom gravy and green beans. It was amazing! My wife had the collard greens with sweet potatoes and black eye peas. Best collards green I've ever had. Most dishes are gluten free as well. Bonus! See you next week DVS!!!! Thank you!

So good oh my god. The coconut bacon, vegan cheese, veg burger, coleslaw, etc are amazing. I wish i lived closer because i would be eating there every damn day
