The veggie burger, sweet potato chips, and strawberry milkshake were excellent! The wait was a bit chaotic because you had so many people waiting to be seated in such a small restaurant. I must say...It was worth the wait!
Awesome! I've been a vegan since 2013 but it was fun meeting people there who were trying it for the first time. And what a great place to go vegan - the food is awesome!

I'm a devout vegan!! My meals have been plant based only for several years and I'm healthier than ever! Detroit Vegan Soul is my favorite restaurant by far! It's the only place I can feel comfortable with ordering anything from the menu! The food is DELICIOUS and perfectly seasoned! The waitstaff is so friendly and efficient! I recommend D.V.S. to all my family and friends!!

Amazing food. You hardly notice it's vegan. The greens, catfish tofu, burger and everything is awesome. Desserts are homemade! Smoothies-awesome. Best thing is you're totally satisfied and don't feel sluggish after you're done!! Just go!!
