Dr. Dipella's staff and office were phenomenal. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in booking dates and searching insurance information to create the right plan for me. The interior is beautifully done with such attention to detail - truly showcasing the building's architecture and history. The hygienist Kristen was a pleasure and did a wonderful job. Dr. Groth was personable and took time to get to know me. No need to be scared to visit the dentist when you're visiting Dr. Dipella's office.
For my first visit, I'm in love so far. The professionalism, the equipment, the view, and the office were all just amazing. The location is super convenient as well. Unless they just do a complete 180 in "amazingness", this will be my dental office from now on.

As usual from Dr DiPilla the best experience one could have at the dentist ! The staff are kind, Dr DiPilla is gentle and the new office if beautiful !!! Great job to the entire staff ! The view is incredible !
felt welcomed the second I walked in. Staff was great I am for sure doing all my future work with dr. Dipilla and Dr. Groth. Coming from a company that executes on client stasifaction I feel the Dr. Dipilla office executed also.
Dr. Groth did a wonderful job during my first visit to Dr. Di Pilla's office. He explained everything as he went, and even though it was my first (checkup/cleaning,) appointment, he was able to fill a small cavity during the same visit. Kristin is a fantastic hygienist - very gentle! If you work/live downtown, I'd highly recommend you visit Dr. Di Pilla's practice to see for yourself.
I have visited Dr. DiPilla's Detroit office twice now and each time the experience has been phenomenal. Everyone in the office is nice and they treat you like they care instead of just another patient. They are so kind, and they take their time to get to know your teeth and the story behind your life that may be the cause of why your teeth are the way they are today! This was by far the best experience I've had with a dentist. He answered every question I had. The cleaning I had didn't hurt. He was up front with me. I didn't feel as if he was just telling me things to get my money. His staff was super friendly. The office left me speechless. Would highly recommend.
Rita, Kristen, and Dr.Groth we're all so friendly, professional, and just plain awesome. Normally I hate the dentist, but I actually had a great experience here. I left wanting to take better care of my teeth!
