Great first experience with a dentist in YEARS. I was happy I got great service, and the convenience of the location is phenomenal.
I was greeted warmly and taken to the back promptly. I let the office know I would be about 10 minutes late and that was accommodated, I appreciate it. I appreciated that Dr. Groth took the time to explain what he was doing and seeing.
Very kind experience with the Receptionist, Assistant and with the Doctor. Explained to me in great detail and then summarized what everything meant-didn't rush through anything. Made me feel very comfortable. I feel very comfortable and confident in returning to my follow up appointments.
My first trip to Dr. DiPilla and Dr. Groth exceeded my expectations. I heard the office was beautiful and the views were stunning, but the descriptions didn't do it justice. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Carly at the front desk was a delight with her welcoming smile and helpfulness. Will be returning!
I had a chip in my front tooth for over a year and a half. within 20 minutes I was signed in, put in the chair, tooth fixed and out the door. Best dentist office I've ever been to.
I had a great visit yesterday! It was my first in a while, so I was nervous. The dental hygienist was super nice and gentle on my teeth. Dr. Di Pilla took time with me to review all my X rays and explain the results. It was a smooth visit and I'm glad to have them as my dental provider!
Excellent Customer Service skills! They addressed all of my questions and concerns with ease. I felt like a million bucks and eager for the next visit!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated like a person. The amazing receptionist, Carly, knew who I was without introduction just from the endless emails I was sending her (with very prompt replies) prior to scheduling my first visit. I was in the waiting room not even 6 minutes and Dr. Groth came to meet me himself.
