My daughter is a college student and her laptop screen was cracked. We located Detor Computer Services online and she was able to drop off her laptop that day. The part was ordered and it was repaired within a day of receipt of the part. Alan was very helpful and worked with us to get her laptop repaired. We would definately use Detor again.
Prompt and Professional I needed a LCD screen replacement for my laptop. Alan carefully reviewed the "damage", provided several possible repair options (new or used screen), and then promptly acted on the agreed upon solution. I had expected it might take a week or more and was pleasantly surprised when the work was complete in two days. Very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend Detor Computer Services.
Professional and thorough I brought my computer to Detor computer services because it was running slowly and I was not able to view videos. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and in the end I was very happy with the results. My computer runs faster and I believed his rates were very reasonable. Excellent Service If you need a computer service, this is the one to go to. Alan Detor is friendly, very efficient, answers every and all questions no matter how simple or complex, and can fix your computer remotely if you need that. He is on time, stays as long as you need him, and offers a "monthly clean-up service" for your computer for a very reasonable charge, either monthly or annually. My husband and I are very pleased with his services and highly recommend him for your personal or business computer needs.
detor computer repair awesome computer was running very slow couldn't watch videos or to much that had movement in it. I called Detor computer repair and within a few hours I was up and running again. He is the only one that I will ever trust with my computer. He is very fast and reasonable.
Courteous, professional service Alan Detor came to my house and picked up my workstation. He ran some diagnostics to make sure all the components were working properly, cleaned all the cat hair and dust bunnies out of it, upgraded the operating system and redelivered to my home. I use Detor Computor for once a month maintenance and they alerted me that my hard drive was failing and we we fixed this BEFORE it went. I always had then drive fail then go into a full panic. This saved days of worry and heart ache
We called Detor and explained our problem. Alan came the next day and picked up our laptop. The day after that he brought it back as good if not better condition. We are an out of state company that had a customer issue in the NY area during the Xmas Holidays...we found Detor on a web search....Alan was able to get out the customers house the next day, got all of the issues resolved, and even identified and fixed some related issues that we were not aware of.
